The Cottages which are renovated to a high standard from an ancient barn have original high ceilings with exposed beams and stone walls. They are comfortably furnished, bright and clean, with modern kitchens and decoration . From the lounge, french doors lead you on to a large communal lawned garden ( for guests use ) which is bordered by fruit trees ( cherry, apple, prune , plum, apricot ) Each cottage has it's own small private patio with garden furniture, table & chairs, lounger, hammock and BBQ. We are in the South West Vendée in the beautiful National Park 'Marais Potevin' which is an area rich in history and culture. Nos encontramos en el Sur Oeste Vendée en el hermoso Parque Nacional "Potevin Marais', que es una zona rica en historia y cultura. It supports a mini-climate similar to the South of France. The weather is good from April to September and can be good in October. We have about 2400 hours of sunshine a year. Apoya un mini-clima similar al Sur de Francia. Only 20 / 30 minutes approximately of gentle driving lies the superb Atlantic coast with it's miles and miles of soft sandy blue flag beaches.
